What to contact us about
Corrections are the most useful messages we get. If a location detail is out of date, a flavour description is wrong, or a wing stop menu item has changed, tell us and we will check it against what we can verify before we change the page.
We also take questions about the guide itself: how a page is organized, why a comparison is framed a certain way, or where a detail came from. If your question is about ordering, hours, or an experience at a restaurant, the restaurant is the right place to ask — we cannot confirm a specific location's hours for you or resolve anything that happened during a visit.
How to write a useful note
Name the item, the city, and what you saw. “The Bay Street wingstop menu lists a combo we no longer see on the counter board” can be checked. “Your menu is wrong” cannot.
Include your city when the question is location-specific. Availability differs between markets, and Toronto does not always match every other Canadian city.
Location updates
The Canadian footprint is still growing, so location information goes stale faster than anything else on the site. If you know of an opening, a closure, or a change in format at a Canadian location, that is worth sending. Include the city and the specific location if you can.

Note the setting
A mall location like the one at CF Chinook Centre in Calgary behaves differently from a street-front restaurant, so noting the setting helps us describe it accurately. Tell us whether the room sits inside a shopping centre, on a main street, or beside other food counters.
Menu and flavour corrections
If a flavour changed, tell us exactly what you saw.
Wing chains adjust their lineups, and a growing market can lag behind the United States on what is available. If a flavour has changed, a menu item is no longer offered, or a combo is built differently than we describe, let us know.
Specifics are what make a correction actionable: which wing stop item, which location, and what you saw on the board or tray. We will verify before changing the page, so a photo-free written note with the three details is enough to start.
Sauce, rub, or combo build — name the item and the city.
The guide is a reference written from Toronto, not a restaurant counter.
Questions about the guide
If you want to know how we decide what to include, how we handle the comparison with other wing chains, or why we do not publish prices or ratings, ask. We are happy to explain the approach in plain language.
Why do you not list prices or scores?
Do you take guest posts or sponsored entries?
How do you handle chain comparisons?
How to reach us
Send a message through the form on this page. Include your city if your question is location-specific, since availability differs between markets.

Neither the address nor the phone line is a restaurant line, so please do not call to place an order. For anything time-sensitive about a visit, contact the restaurant directly.
What happens after you write
We read every message and route it by type: corrections get checked against what we can verify, questions get answered, and anything outside our scope gets a note pointing you to the restaurant. We do not share your details, and our privacy policy explains how messages are handled.
Response times vary, but a clear, specific message is much faster to act on than a general one. If your note concerns a time-sensitive visit — tonight's hours, a waiting order, a counter issue — skip the form and call the restaurant so you get an answer in time.
Every correction is checked at the counter level before the page changes.
